Breve reseña de su CV: Catedrática de Escuela del Departamento de Derecho Civil en la Facultad de Comercio de Valladolid. Universidad de Valladolid. Profesora en la Universidad de Valladolid, desde el año 1992 hasta la fecha y profesora tutora en la Uned (Palencia) desde el año 2018. Es además  Secretaria académica de la Facultad de Comercio de Valladolid, desde 7 junio de 2012, hasta la fecha. Consta con  más de 50 publicaciones, así es autora de diversas monografías, publicaciones en revistas jurídicas, colaboradora en diversas obras colectivas. Asesora como experta en varias revistas jurídicas y ponente y comunicante en diversos congresos y jornadas jurídicas.
