Breve reseña de su CV: Marta Otero Crespo es profesora contratada doctora de Derecho civil en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Entre sus líneas de investigación se destacan las referidas al Derecho de obligaciones y contratos, Derecho de daños, Derecho de familia y Derecho de sucesiones, todos ellas desde la perspectiva comparada. Ha sido ponente en numerosos seminarios, cursos y congresos nacionales e internacionales. Es además miembro del Grupo de Investigación De Conflictu Legum y Secretaria de la Revista Dereito. Revista Xurídica da Universidade de Santiago de Compostela.
