Breve reseña de su CV: Profesor de Derecho Civil. Doctor en Derecho por la Universidad de Cádiz. Ha desempeñado el ejercicio de la Abogacía durante más de 10 años. Ha sido nombrado como Magistrado Suplente/Juez Ssto. por los Tribunales de Justicia de Castilla-León y Andalucía. Autor de numerosos artículos de revista y capítulos de libros relativos al Derecho patrimonial (contratos y responsabilidad civil). Ponente en diversos Congresos Nacionales e Internacionales de materias propias de su investigación. Ha impartido docencia y ha desarrollado estancias de investigación en la Universidad de Bolonia y en la Universidad Aldo Moro de Bari (Italia). Socio de la Asociación Salmantina de juristas de Derecho Civil (IVS CIVILE SALMANTICENSE).
